We are offering a free delivery service to the UK mainland only, via DPD
For larger orders, we will get it delivered via pallet, so please read the terms & conditions for the pallets delivery service below.

Delivery comes via parcel starting at £15 or truck from £40 or via pallet for large orders starting from £51.

We can assemble the filing cabinets free of charge (if requested) and get it delivered via pallet.

Important information

The pallet size charged here is 120cm by 100cm wide and 2.20cm high with a maximum height of 500kg, As you can imagine, we can fit quite a few items in one pallet.

Your delivery address should not have a restriction to a 7.5-tonne truck or maybe a large delivery truck. The delivery truck would have a tail lift and a pump truck. It will be delivered to the ground floor with easy access with a pump truck.

For pallet delivery, once they collect from us, the distribution hub will call you to book a delivery date (Do Let Them Know Regarding Access Restriction).

When they call you…You can pick a date but, not a delivery time!

The delivery will be from 9 am to 5 pm and someone needs to sign for it.

For pallet deliveries, no tracking number or other communication will be supplied

For sustainability purposes and saving some trees, we will not include a printed manual for assembling, however, you can download it here from your website as also see the assembling video guide

For large orders to London and its surroundings, we will deliver ourselves

Preparing order

We have received your order and will process it as soon as possible. You can still cancel an order and change the delivery date.

Picking order

Your order is being processed and completed. It’s too late to cancel the order but if you changed your mind you can return any unwanted item (after you receive it). Here is our return policy.

Preparing delivery

Your order is ready and about to be sent to you.

On its way

Your order has been sent from our dispatcher and is on its way to you.

Delivered

Your order has been successfully delivered.

Goods in Transit Insurance

We do pay goods in transit insurance, therefore, when receiving your goods, please check the parcel condition prior to opening it. If you notice any exterior damage, please take pictures before you open it. As we must provide evidence to the courier company
