Superior Metal Quality

Not only are OHX Furniture cabinets made from the best cold-rolled steel, but they are also sold at? 0.8mm thick. The standard metal thickness for cabinets of this type is between 0.6mm and 0.7mm thick.

Our cabinets are formaldehyde-free and odour-free, comprising three layers. The cold-rolled steel provides the base, which then has an anti-rust layer added on top. Last but not least, the metal is powder-coated, giving it an attractive and hard-wearing finish. Using this formula, our cabinets are 0.7mm thick before coating and 0.8mm after coating and painting.

Intelligent Design

Most large drawer cabinets have drawers which open at a dangerous tilted angle and can easily get stuck. We wanted to correct this problem, so we had our manufacturer install sliding side rails.

These clever runners enable the drawers to glide smoothly open and closed, opening straight and easily with no force.

Thanks to this adaptation, you don’t need to worry about the drawers getting stuck or jutting out at a perilous angle.
